PMRU is now CARF Accredited
The Children's Center's state-of-the-art facility, the Pediatric Medical Rehabilitation Unit (PMRU), is Oklahoma's only rehabilitation unit designed specifically for children and adolescents, and their families. The 20-bed unit has been awarded a Three-Year CARF accreditation for Medical Rehabilitation (Pediatric Specialty Program).
This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization's substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality–measurable and accountable.
