Albert Gray
Albert Gray has been with The Children’s Center since 1978. Gray was hired as chief executive officer. Since he assumed management, the Center has remained fiscally sound and experienced significant growth to become a state-of-the-art pediatric hospital serving more than 370 inpatients and 1,530 outpatients each year.

Carol Gray
Carol Gray has been with The Children’s Center since 1977. Gray was hired as part-time volunteer coordinator and soon acquired a nursing home administrator's license in April of 1978. She was then named assistant administrator of the Center. She views her work at the Center as her life mission and is best known for her sweet, yet uncompromising spirit and attention to the heart.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Milligan
Michael Milligan joined the staff of The Children’s Center in December of 2007. Milligan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. and also earned a Masters in Accountancy from Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
